2. Our Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) of the removal and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
Document the notice and our actions for compliance purposes.

We may terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice to our designated agent. The counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Website before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address covers infringement claims is located (or, if outside the U.S., the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

4. Our Response to Counter-Notices

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:

Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.
Restore the removed material within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us of a court action seeking to restrain the material.
Document the counter-notice and our actions for compliance purposes.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Website for users who are repeat infringers of copyrights, as determined in our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
